Christmas cookie time

It's getting to be that time of year again!!

The time where you start to think about Christmas cookies and seeing all the other wonderful Christmas baking filling your Facebook and Instagram feeds.

This is my first year making Christmas cookies on my own, typically it’s my mom who does this but I thought I would branch out a bit this year.

I had taken a cookie decorating course this summer and I picked up tons of techniques. Unfortunately when I did these cookies my royal icing did not turn out exactly how I hoped.

second issue I did not use piping tips so my lines are not as neat as I thought they should be but here are the finished product with help from Eric, I hope my second attempt (for the bake sale on December 2nd will turn out better!) I will keep you guys posted.
